Just recently I had the pleasure of woking with the talented ladies of Frēda Salvador on a Spanish themed dinner party they were throwing to celebrate the opening of their newest store on Fillmore St. Being very familiar with the brand (I absolutely LOVE their shoes!), I was immediately eager to start designing.
They had a long wooden farm table in the middle of the store and two gorgeous models, Frida + Diego of course, for me to floralize in the windows. I lined the table with tall wax candles and vintage silver candle holders then wove handmade garland of olive + eucalyptus down the center of the table. Along with a few succulent highlights in mix-matched vintage cups, a few billy balls for a pop of color, and some fig branches the table was complete. Now for the models. For Frida I created my biggest and baddest flower crown yet. It was made of large jewel toned peonies, a dark orange oversized poppy and bougainvillea. Diego took an oversized peony from Frida's crown and rocked it as a statement bout.
